What is your proudest achievement at Baobab?
I am proud of Baobab because the positive impact on people’s lives, business and employees is real.
One of the challenges I am most proud of was the management of the Covid 19 pandemic: Baobab came out stronger and was able to launch products such as the mobile application, fast money transfer (Nibss) and a service such as the USSD.
Why would you recommend Baobab?
Baobab puts the well-being of its employees at the centre of its concerns. During the global Covid 19 pandemic, no employee left the company and measures were taken to maintain salaries, despite the situation.
